The I.T.I is situatuted at Bajwani Tral near Govt Degree College, calm and coal atmosphere prevails all around.It rests under the craddle of mountains.Which obviously give it sence & smell of nature.The Institute is committed to achieve academic excellence by disseminating the right kind of technical skills to the trainees. In fact, every effort is being made to fight the demon of inactivity and lassitude and establish a healthy work culture. We firmly believe that the essence of education is not only to provide trainees with the knowledge in different spheres but also to prepare them for the challenges, and the eventualities, which they are to face in the real life situations.Presently, the institute is in collaboration with the private industry under Public Private Partnership (PPP) in order to bridge the gap existing between the type of skills provided in the institute and the one required by the industries. It shall help in modernizing the institute besides creating the enormous opportunities for the youth by increasing their employability. Infact, the institute is facing the greater challenges on honing the employability skills of the trainees. For this purpose, the Government is making every possible effort by focusing on much required Integrated Personality Development of trainees by incorporating the courses on personality development, soft skills, entrepreneurship, guidance and counseling besides the technical skills as an integral part of all the activities of the institution. In addition to tecnical development, the institute is also focusing on the importance of co-curricular activities to enable the students to achieve a well balanced education as the increased competition in the work place has obiviously augmented the need for acquiring all these skills for increasing the employability.
